Inquiry Focus: What are the most effective differentiated strategies in teaching Maths that cover my focus group needs and interests in order to lift their achievement?

How am I going to achieve this?

Firstly, by getting to know my students - how they learn, what they are interested in, what are their needs, what do they need to work on in order to progress. Then, by formulating hypothesis of next steps in children’s learning. Another important step would be attending to professional development courses/seminars/workshops, observing and learning from my experienced colleagues, and studying independently in order to understand, learn and implement DMIC pedagogy. Lastly, by constantly monitoring my students' progress.
